Graham believes that BWA Water Additives will help solve the global challenge of a clean water supply. He is responsible for leading the sustainable growth of BWA Water Additives’ business by delivering a long term business strategy with short term results. He has vast expertise and experience with strategy and operations in both the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Graham has had leadership roles at Solvay, Rhodia and Warwick International and has worked in Asia, Europe and North America. Graham is a committed endurance athlete who loves the challenge of long distance and ultra-running, biking and skiing. He is married with two sons.
James joined BWA in 2009 and is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of BWA including M&A activity. Prior to joining BWA he worked for BOSiF, a leading UK mid-market private equity house. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen where he specialized in audit and transaction services. He also spent three years with Deloitte. James has a B.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from Leeds University and is a keen triathlete.
Richard joined BWA in 2015 and is responsible for delivering sustainable sales and profit growth in the MENA. He has over 20 years of experience within the water treatment industry covering a wide range of roles in both corporate sales & technical capacities. Much of Richard’s career has been focused on team development across the MENA region, which he was recognized for while at Nalco. Richard also worked with Metito UAE growing the business ten times over while overseeing significant geographical expansion across the GCC and CIS regions. Richard is a graduate of Leeds University in the field of Fuel & Energy Engineering. He has a passion for the outdoors, mountain trekking, scuba diving, golf and skiing.
Gavin joined BWA Water Additives in 2016 to deliver growth and market share in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 20 years experience in the sales and marketing of integrated membrane solutions, with a focus on reuse, zero liquid discharge, brine concentration and chemicals used in the industrial and municipal water treatment markets. Gavin has gained extensive knowledge of industrial and life science markets in the Asia-Pacific region, previously working in senior management roles with Pall Corporation and Parker Hannifin Corporation. Gavin has resided in Singapore for the past five years and enjoys swimming, motorcycling, and traveling.
Gary joined BWA Water Additives in 2017 with responsibility for delivering market share and sustainable growth in Europe and Africa. He has over 25 years of experience in International Sales and has extensive expertise in long-term strategic planning and development of both mature and emerging markets. Prior to joining BWA, he held senior roles in Regional Sales leadership at both Tyco and at Watts Water Technologies, with a particular focus on Oil and Gas, Water Treatment, and Industrial markets. Gary is a Mechanical Engineering graduate who enjoys Golf, Football and also works when time allows for a major Autism charity in the Northwest of England.
Angie is responsible for developing the BWA Water Additives team to deliver sustainable performance. She joined Ciba in 1977 and undertook many roles until the FMC acquisition in 1993. She then became the Exec Admin for the MD of the Water Treatment division of FMC and then Chemtura. Angie came to BWA as the Human Resource Director in 2006 and is a very keen golfer.
Justin joined BWA in 2015 bringing with him over twenty years procurement and supply chain experience within the chemical industry. With responsibility for the global operations function, his primary objective is to build a sustainable sourcing and supply chain strategy to support the company’s growth plans. Prior to joining BWA, Justin worked for AkzoNobel, leading the global procurement function for the marine, protective and yacht coatings business unit. He is married with two daughters and when time allows likes to play golf.
Alastair is responsible for delivering added value to BWA Water Additives through innovation and research & development. He joined FMC in 1993 as a research chemist and was appointed head of regulatory affairs in 2000. In 2011, he was promoted to Vice President of Technology & Regulatory. Alastair has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Liverpool University and a B.Sc. from Birmingham University. Alastair is an active cyclist.
